Slice Team

Dick Rabil, Founder and President of SLICE, is a well-known and respected leader in the greater Washington D.C. design community. Spanning a career of more than 30 years, Dick believes that the best design is driven by ideas that break convention.

A quick start creative, Dick thinks in pictures that empower businesses to visually communicate their brand. As the marketing landscape has changed, he and his wife, Kathi, have transitioned to bring their depth of experience online through interactive, social media and other emerging technologies.

Kathi Rabil, CEO, oversees Slice’s marketing and business development. Immersed in the Slice creative environment, she understands the synergy between marketing and communications. Following her lead, the Slice team expanded its services to include social media and content marketing. She conducted a major business plan overhaul and added Social Media Marketing, Mobile App Development, and is spear-heading Web site and Social Media redesign efforts to market these services.

In 2010, Kathi attended the Blogging Success Summit, the Social Media Success Summit, and the Facebook Success Summit, sponsored by Social Media Examiner. This year she is a repeat attendee, and is currently enrolled in a mentoring program under Mari Smith, “the Pied-Piper of Facebook.

Outside of business, Kathi enjoys music, aerobic exercise, book club and keeping up with her 5 children.
