Kathi Rabil, a 2005 graduate of the Greater Washington Board of Trade’s Small Business Academy, is the chief of operations for SLICE. She oversees strategic business development, project traffic and financial operations. Due to her process and finance oversight, SLICE has experienced a significant increase in profitability. Kathi is a member of Women Who Mean Business and the American Marketing Association. She is also a participant in the Certificate of Marketing Program through the Georgetown Center for Continuing and Professional Education.
Outside of the business, Kathi enjoys music, aerobic exercise, book club and keeping up with their five young adults.
